With over two decades of experience in the food industry, Dean Roux took charge of his destiny with his Truck Norris nomadic kitchen, which you’ll find cooking up a storm of burgers at festivals, markets and events in and around Cape Town. Known for his gourmet Texas Cheese Burger, made with free-range beef, melted cheddar and homemade Sidekick sauce on toasted brioche buns, the menu also includes a Cluck Norris chicken burger and the Forrest Warrior vegetarian burger, with potato or sweet potato triple fried chips.
